All prices shown are baseline, minimum values. The final charge may vary upwards depending on the complexity and scope of the artwork.

I own the artwork and have the right to include it in my portfolio, post it online, record timelapses, stream its process, etc.

I will not further profit from the commissioned artwork.

I will never resell/repurpose your commission piece(s) with Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs).

I reserve the right to decline any offer without necessarily providing a reason.

I will not take commissions from minors.

At the end of your order a +5% PayPal fee will be added. This does not apply to orders paid through PIX.

Payments can be upfront or in installments of at least 50% of the value upon commission approval, and the remaining amount after sketch approval. Full payment is always required before the client receives the complete commissioned artwork.

Finishing the commission can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 months after payment, depending on the number and/or complexity of the artwork ordered + the length of my current queue.

If you need me to complete the artwork on a short deadline, I will charge a fee of double the base amount, or potentially more depending on how tight of a timeframe you provide me. Your order will be put at the top of my queue and finished ASAP (within a maximum of 3 days). Keep in mind that some types of orders cannot be rushed.

You are free to ask me questions about your commission and request changes at any time, with a maximum of three free changes per piece in the draft stage only. After that, refer to the next bullet point.

Any changes requested after first completion of an emote or badge will be subject to an extra charge of 10 dollars (or 10 brazilian reals). For all other commission types, the price will be discussed depending on the complexity of the final product.

You may use the artwork freely for non-profit purposes so long as you credit me for its creation.

You are free to enjoy your commission FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY unless agreed upon otherwise. Most of my products already account for streaming use. For commercial use, a fee of +100% of the final value will be charged.

You may not resell any commission(s) received from me with a Non Fungible Token (NFT) or through any form of cryptocurrency.

Do not trace, copy, remove any watermark or claim false ownership over my artwork.

AI processing of any and all commissions is prohibited.

After receiving the order, I will contact the client through their preferred communication method to discuss additional details (if necessary) and payment.

As for myself, Discord is the preferred communication method, but I am willing to accommodate for most social media platforms if necessary. When in doubt, email is the most reliable way to reach me.

As I am unable to guarantee refunds at the moment, there will be none issued. Please proceed responsibly with that knowledge in mind. If no money has been sent yet, we can simply cancel the commission.
